New files: plaintext://new
- Create in a folder (uses .txt by default): new/folderpath/
- Create with custom extension (like .md): new/file.md

Existing files: plaintext://open/filename
- Open from a folder (uses .txt by default): open/folderpath/filename
- Open with a non-txt extension (like .md): open/filename.md
