Added 5 new game modes including:
- Sudden Death: You only get 1 life
- Ten Towers: You can only have 10 towers up at a time
- Silver Spoon: Start with lots of gold and halos
- Credit Crisis: You get 4000 gold to start, but don't get any gold from enemy kills or interest
- This is Sparta: A tribute to Thermopylae. You start with 300 gold, 3 lives, 3 halos, 3% interest rate, and can build no more than 3 towers of any one type and 9 towers overall.

This version also fixes a few bugs, adds one new tower upgrade, and has a few other gameplay enhancements including a much improved online scoring system.

This update fixes many issues including the location prompt, interest rate bug, and unfair scoring. The gameplay has been slightly rebalanced and there have been minor UI improvements.

Please keep the great feedback coming. We are working on version 2.0.

Important Update - v1.1 fixed a lot of bugs but unfortunately it introduced a new one. The earthquake tower doesn't work in v1.1. So don't waste your Gold on it yet. We'll have a fix out in v1.2 soon.
