Excellent app for managing caloric intake and tracking what you eat. Great for dieting as it tells you how many calories you are allowed to eat each day based on how many pounds you wish to lose each week.

I really like how easy it is to enter foods and compute calories. It makes keeping a food diary pretty effortless. It would be nice if it included more restaurant menus, and a wider range of searchable food items. I use it all the time.
