VIEW FILES - very big size (our own viewing engine):
- very large PDF files. Very fast opening. Unlike some other viewers, Good Reader doesn't cache an entire file into memory, therefore the big file size is not the limit. Files of over 250Mb size with more than 7000 pages were tested. High zoom ratios for viewing.
- password-protected PDF files. Protect your data by creating password-protected PDFs - they will be opened only with correct password.
- very large plain text (.TXT) files. Very fast opening. All text encodings used by iPhone (including Unicode) are supported. Files of over 10Mb size (more than 4500 pages) were tested. No zooming or left/right scrolling required - text lines are wrapped to screen size using the font name and size of your choice.
- high-resolution pictures and other graphic files. Customizable slideshow viewing mode is supported. Previous and Next buttons for manual picture selecting while viewing.

VIEW FILES - normal size (iPhone standard viewing engine):
- all file formats supported by Safari engine: Microsoft Office files - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (with limited support of Office 2007 XML files), HTML files and Safari webarchives.
- Apple iWork'08 files - Pages, Numbers, Keynote (only limited support, iWork'08 files must be compressed to individual ZIP archives).
- audio files (formats supported by iPhone Operating System)
- video files (formats supported by iPhone Operating System)

LANDSCAPE VS. PORTRAIT
Good Reader lets you choose between autorotation and manual rotation of the screen. If you feel that sudden screen autorotations are a little annoying when you're reading in bed, you can turn autorotation off and then you can always rotate the screen manually with a dedicated button.

FILE TRANSFER - MAC or PC - WiFi only!!!
Good Reader allows you to mount your iPhone or iPod touch directly to your PC or Mac desktop via WiFi using WebDAV protocol. You don't need any additional software to easily copy-paste or drag-and-drop files between your iPhone / iPod touch and desktop computer with one of major operating systems - Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X, Linux. Or you can transfer files directly from any web-browser.

YOUR MOBILE STORAGE DEVICE
Need a WiFi flash storage card inside your iPhone / iPod touch? Good Reader is a perfect solution for you. Its WebDAV file-server allows you to easily transfer ANY files (not just the ones intended for mobile viewing) between your iPhone / iPod touch and your WiFi-enabled desktop PC or Mac. Use your iPhone / iPod touch just like you use your USB flash cards. All major operating systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X, Linux) are supported without any need of additional software.

OTHER FEATURES:
- Bookmarks for PDF and TXT files (PDF bookmarks both user-created and extracted from PDF file)
- GoTo PDF Page feature instantly takes you directly to a particular page in a large PDF file
- Navigation Slider instantly takes you to any place in a large TXT file
- previously viewed file is automatically reopened at startup
- Good Reader remembers exactly where you've been in all previously viewed files and takes you there when you reopen those files (this feature is applicable only to PDF and TXT files)
