this is the single most important and useful app i have. customer support is great.
Have been using 1Password for 2yearsafter going thru numerous other Programs. 1Password was first to synch my passwords across multiple devices and the first to make an App to do so. I cannot express just how great and ahead of the curve they are.
Not only are their Program & App great, their support staff is fantastic. Stupid questions are answered without making you feel like saying: "Duh, I knew that.". I have yet to see them fail to reply to any question via email within 24 hours, dumb questions as well as those that truly needed their input. By far, one of the best Apps, if not the best, to manage and control your passwords and other data.
I love this app. I've been using it for years. Also, the support team is awesome. Highly recommend!
This app is amazing! All of my information is stored securely and syncs across my phone, mac and ipad so I don't have to keep re-entering everything. When I need to remember a password or some other information, it is right there at my fingertips. I love that you can set a master password and also an unlock code so that you have 2 levels of security for your most private information. Agile's customer support is also incredible. When I had a question about the software, they completely resolved my problem within 45 minutes of me emailing them. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and even sympathetic. I could not ask for more!!

I have used this since it came out and I love it!!!! I have it on two Macs, iPhone, and iPad, and it works flawlessly. Whenever I need to learn how to use a new function or need assistance, I email Agile, and they are quick to respond, and more than that, they are kind. You all are AWESOME!
Great App! Everyone with any iphone and Mac should use this app with the software for their Mac.
It works seamlessly between my iPhone & my iMac. I also use it with my MacBook to make sure that all of my computers and phone are synced together.
I love that I can put my CC info and my license number and other important stuff from my wallet. They even listen to suggestions and personally reply to emails with problems or suggestions. Just waiting for them to come out with a wallet template for insurance cards.
1 Password is the one app that I will always have. It is well designed and extremely useful. From its inception the support that it has garnered is top notch and replies from the developers have always been prompt. Good old Canadian kindness!
The desktop app in version 3 and the iphone app work seamlessly together and I have had no crashes or freezing to date.

I am one of those miserable & difficult to please people and I have to admit grumbling about this app on two occasions on their forum. The forum staff answered the grumbles and turned my negative thoughts into positive ones, so they must be doing something right.
Once you start using the app you will stick with it because it is quite good.
